MUNFORD PAGE HALL, II joined the firm as a partner in 2007. Since 1980, Mr. Hall has been in private practice in Washington, D.C. where his practice has spanned nearly the entire range of customs and international trade matters before the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
In 2001-2002, Mr. Hall was the President of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, and he is currently the Treasurer of the Customs and International Trade Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker on customs and international trade topics before various business groups and associations.
Mr. Hall is a 1980 magna cum laude graduate of the Washington College of Law of the American University, where he served as Editor in Chief of the American University Law Review. He also received a Masters Degree in International Affairs from the School of International Service of the American University in 1980. After graduating from Duke University in 1970, and prior to entering law school in 1977, Mr. Hall served as an officer in the United States Air Force, receiving two Air Force Commendation medals while flying the F-4 Phantom II aircraft.
