AMS attorney Beau Jackson will be presenting at Kansas Global Trade Services’ upcoming class in Wichita entitled “Intellectual Property: Protect Your Rights.”
Along with Beau, FBI Special Agents Nathan Oubre and Tracey Jenkins will be speaking at the event. Together, they will discuss how to structure foreign contracts in a way that protects IP; how to register IP with U.S. Customs to prevent the importation of competing knockoffs; how to use Section 337 as an enforcement mechanism; current IP policy issues of particular applicability to U.S. companies; and IP resources provided by the FBI.
