News - ITC Practice Gives Fast Relief Tuesday, May 26, 2009
The international trade law firm of Adduci, Mastriani & Schaumberg, L.L.P. retained its role as the leader in Section 337 litigation with an average of 12 cases per year over the last three years, according to the April/May 2009 issue of IP Law & Business.
The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) continues to be the choice forum for resolving patent and trademark disputes. "The [ITC's] ability to give fast relief made another busy year," wrote Joe Mullin, author of annual ITC survey entitled "A Gatekeeper's Power Persists."
